Returns Policy

Impact Garage Supplies supply in the United Kingdom and Ireland markets to private owners, commercial car workshops and we also collaborate with several different wholesalers across the world. Additionally, we export to multiple countries throughout Europe.

If you wish to return an item for any reason, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please note that you will be responsible for the postal costs of returning the item.

For unwanted items, you may send the item back at your own cost and we will refund you less our handling charges and our sending out carriage costs. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

We reserve the right to decline a refund if the item has been used and/or are not suitable for re-sale. For all other returns, the refund will be for the value of the item and excluding postage costs.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will refund the cost of the item. Return of the goods will be the responsibility of the purchaser and we are unable to refund any shipping charges for unwanted items.

In the event that one of our products received by the purchaser is either faulty or damaged in transit, the purchaser must contact Impact Garage Supplies within two working days (for damaged in transit) or as soon as the fault with the product is discovered. Notification should either be via email to or by telephone on 07742186103 during office hours. Photographic evidence must be supplied if requested.

In the event that the issue is deemed not to be the purchaser’s fault and a refund is requested, Impact Garage Supplies will issue a full refund (including original shipping costs) and will arrange for collection of the goods. The purchaser must ensure that the goods are securely packaged and ready to ship before we can do this.

If a replacement is requested, we will ship this as soon as available and arrange for collection of the faulty/damaged item.

Please check packaging and if damaged, please record on the couriers? delivery docket “PACKAGE DAMAGED”. This will allow claims to be processed via the courier.
Any items damaged in transit must be reported to us within 48hours. Please note that any claims will be resolved in conjunction with our courier.

Refund will be paid within seven days of cancellation.

Therefore it is very important you contact us to give you a firm price including delivery & VAT. Any information given on this site is intended to be accurate but we do not confer any rights from the information contained within the site.
